Time for Top Pick Tuesday!

Updated: Feb 10, 2020

I am SO excited to bring you this week's Top Pick Tuesday! These are a few of my favorite things :)

Top Pick #1: Yeti Stainless Steel Coffee Mug

If you have been following along with me on social media over the past years, you know that I run on coffee, and therefore have a mug obsession that extends to my Yeti's. I have a slight love affair with my Yeti's - because anything that can keep this mama's coffee hot for hours on end is a big winner in my book. Not only a winner, but a necessity!

Whether you work at a desk all day, or commute to the office each day, or have kiddos at home and are doing all the things, you need a Yeti in your life. On the days that I don't find myself using a Yeti, I have to warm up my coffee many times since it gets cold so quickly - but on days when I do use a Yeti, my coffee is hot for me for hours on end. Especially this time of year, you need one.

I know that there are lots of knock offs out there, but simply none compare to the original Yeti. Plus, I love the 14oz Yeti Ramblers since they have the look and feel of a traditional coffee mug, but are in fact stainless steel. And, there are such cute color options - my hubby and I both own a couple of different colors of these - I have the White and Seafoam, and he has the Navy and Black! You can find several different color options here (the new Peak Purple option is the next up on my list...):

Top Pick #2: Ever Flash Power Plumping Lip Gloss

At all times, I have at least two to three of the Ever Power Plumping Lip Glosses in my purse. A couple of years ago, I was first introduced to this lip gloss by a friend, and I am so very glad that I was! It is all natural and made with only good for you ingredients, plus one of those ingredients happens to be Magnolia Oil, which naturally has a plumping effect on your lips.

There are 6 shades available that all have a more neutral, nude base and tend to work with most skin tones. They each offer a gorgeous shine with a hint of color, and it is so fun to layer them with lip colors to see the different hues they take on.

I give these all the stars - they hydrate your lips, give them such a pretty shine, last a long time so you don't have to reapply constantly, and also create a plumping effect. I have to have a couple of extras on hand at all times since I simply cannot be without!

You can find all of the shades available to purchase here: https://www.stelladot.com/search?page=1&q=flash!

Top Pick #3: That's It Bars

This time of year, it can be hard to find fresh fruit. Produce pickings are slim, not to mention super expensive. My kiddos love fruit of all types, and I feel like we run through it so quick whenever I replenish it. I tend to give my kids first dibs on the fruit - because I'm a mom and that's what I do - but, that often means that I don't get as much as I would always like or feel like I should be consuming, particularly in the Winter months.

Enter That's It Bars. I came across these randomly a few months back, and decided to give them a whirl since I was looking for a healthy snack. I was a little skeptical about what these would taste like since I feel like I have tried all.the.bars and some really disappoint. But, I was pleasantly surprised with these and even found a personal favorite that I keep fully stocked in our house.

There are tons of options available, from apple/pear to apple/cranberry to apple/pineapple to apple/banana and more, but my personal favorite is the apple/strawberry version. Literally, each bar is made from 1 apple and 12 strawberries - it is full of fiber, only contains natural sugar, and is gluten free, paleo approved, and vegan for those following certain dietary guidelines.

While I would love to have a kitchen stocked with fresh fruit at all times, that just doesn't happen this time of year, and these are such a good alternative way to get my daily fruit servings in. And, my kids have even been grabbing for these lately, which I don't mind because it is such a healthy snack! They are a little pricey, but considering what goes into one bar, it is totally worth it, as is my daily nutrition!
