Top Pick Tuesday - favorite long sleeves for Fall!

Happy Tuesday - and Happy Fall!!! It is now officially my favorite season, and the weather in the Midwest is definitely reflecting that. I start my days and end my days needing an extra layer of clothing, whether it is a long sleeve tee, sweatshirt, or sweater. Some days, I just want that basic long sleeve to throw on - but I like having a variety of options that have more elevated style than just your simple long sleeve crewneck. Thus, I wanted to share a few of my personal favorite long sleeve tops this week for Top Pick Tuesday that are ALL available on Amazon and are ALL available for around $20!!! These are fabulous transitional pieces that you will have in your wardrobe for years to come.

Top Pick #1: Yidarton Women's Comfy Casual Twist Knot Tunic

What first drew me to this top is the simple knot in the front. That simple detail gives this comfy top an instantly more pulled together and stylized look than your basic tee. The knot itself hits at a very flattering spot intentionally, and it actually gives the torso an elongated and slimmer look (who doesn't love that?!?)

The top itself is also super soft, comfortable, and easy to wear with anything from a pair of leggings and boots to a pair of trousers and heels. The fabric is a poly cotton blend that will keep you warm and snuggly all day, without feeling overheated. This top is also tunic style, so it provides coverage for your backside - making it perfect for leggings!

I absolutely love all of the colors available in this top - you can grab all of the staple Fall colors in this top, along with a couple of striped options and tie dye options. I would recommend going true to size - if you are between sizes, I would size down, as this top is loose. This top has over 17,000 Five Star Reviews, so it is definitely a favorite - you can grab it here:

Top Pick #2: IWOLLENCE Women's Waffle Knit Tunic Tie Knot Henley Top

I have shared the short sleeve version of this top before in Top Pick Tuesday, and it has in fact been one of your favorite ongoing picks. That said, I had to make sure to share the long sleeve version since it is just as fabulous, and wonderful as a transitional piece heading into Fall.

First off, I adore waffle knit. Not only is this type of fabric pattern always super cozy and soft, but it has such effortless style about it. Waffle knit tends to be a poly spandex combo, which this top is - it almost has a crocheted look to it. Like its short sleeve counterpart, this top is one that you just want to wrap yourself in because the ultra soft fabric is comfy and warm, but again, won't leave you feeling overheated.

You do have the option with this top to either tie it or leave it open. I like that because when you are layering tops, it is nice to be able to have this untied, yet if you are wearing this on its own, the front tie detail definitely makes this top. This tunic style top was also designed to be longer in the back, so perfect for leggings - yet also chic enough to wear to the office. There are SO many color options available as well, so truly something for everyone, whether you love colors or neutrals. I do highly recommend going true to size in this top because it is loose - check out the size chart!

Top Pick Tuesday #3: Women's V-Neck Waffle Knit Henley Top

As mentioned above, I adore a good waffle knit top because it equates to such easy, effortless style. I had to also share this V-Neck Waffle Knit Henley Top in Top Pick Tuesday because I love having it as part of my wardrobe. First off, I am a fan of the v-neck on this top - v-neck tops are usually very flattering, especially bustline flattering, and this top is no different. A v-neck top tends to be slimming, as it draws the eye inward - and the neckline is what really makes this Henley top.

This top is also super soft and comfy. The fabric of this top is a poly cotton blend that is so easy to snuggle up in. This v-neck is also a longer style top, so it makes a comfy layering piece that you can tuck in if you'd like under cardigans or vests, and the added length is good for pairing it with leggings. This is another top that is easy to style in a multitude of ways, and depending on how you do style it, you can easily make it dressier to wear to the office or out for a date night.

I am absolutely smitten with the color choices available in this top. I love having options to choose from, and there are many solid options, as well as color block options, available to select from - many of which are iconic Fall colors. I do find this top to run true to size, so I would grab it in your normal size, or if you want a loose fit, size up.

One note about waffle knit tops - the care instructions typically tell you to hand wash. I have never done that, including with this top, because I find that I can easily throw them in the washer with other delicates, and then I opt to hang dry. You can totally do what you are the most comfortable with, but I have had questions about that in the past and wanted to share that I still machine wash ;)
