Thanks for joining me for today's Top Pick Tuesday! Over the past weeks, I have been assessing what I am in need of for the warmer months coming up, and I came to the conclusion that I lack some fun short sleeve tops. I have plenty of basic t-shirts in my closet, and lots of cute graphic tees, but sometimes, a girl doesn't just want to throw on a basic tee. So, I am sharing my favorites that I recently picked up from Amazon and am LOVING!
Top Pick #1: MIHOLL Women's Loose V Neck Blouse
There are two reasons that I was initially drawn to this top. First and foremost, I LOVE lavender! There are a lot of different color choices available in this top, but lavender tops are hard to come by, so it sparked my interest right away. I also adore waffle knit tees, and this one appeared to have a loose and flowy fit - which I can confirm it does now that I have it!
This is a top that I know I will get so much wear out of! I went true to size (which I would definitely recommend) and find it to be incredibly flowy and just easy to wear. That is exactly the fit I like for tops in the warmer months because I don't want clothing clinging to me. It runs loose through both the arms and the bodice, so I call that a win!
Another feature of this top that I enjoy is the fact that you can tie the bottom if you would like (as the picture shows) OR you can leave it untied and it still lays nicely. Top Pick #2: Daomumen Women's Button Down Summer Blouse
I adore camp shirts - I have shared with you all that I have a preppier style, so every year when new camp shirts make their appearance at stores in Spring, I have to check them out! Since my browsing is always tracked, this one magically kept popping up in my social media feed, so I finally decided to grab it and give it a try :)
I am so glad that I did just that! This short sleeve, button down blouse is SUPER comfy! The fabric is lightweight and the style is loose, so it is an extremely wearable shirt for warmer weather. I have a weird thing about how tops fit my arms, and I really like the way this top is structured with a more slouchy fit in the arms - it flatters the arms rather than accentuates them.
The look of this top is also super classic and crisp - this is a top that you could easily wear to the office with a pair of trousers or a cute skirt, yet you can easily pair this with shorts or jeans just as easily! AND, you can accessorize this top so nicely - the neckline has a v neck look, which is perfect for showcasing your favorite jewelry :)
I went true to size in this top, and grabbed the Army Green, but there are SO many wonderful color choices that it was hard to choose. I have a feeling that I will be back for at least one more of this top (I really like the striped versions available!). You can find all options here:
Top Pick #3: Mansy Women's Summer V Neck Boho Print Embroidered Shirt
I have always been drawn to embroidered tops. There is just something so feminine about a nicely embroidered top, and this one caught my eye when I was browsing Amazon several weeks back. Not only is the embroidery done well, but the color options are extremely vibrant and fun - and perfect for the warmer months ahead!
This stunning embroidered top has such a nice tailored look to it. It definitely has a bohemian edge (some of the style options available give off that vibe more so than others!), yet it has such a chic and pulled together look that you could easily wear this as office attire OR brunch attire. There are so many ways to style this - I went with the navy and white version (featured in the picture), and I can definitely envision this with a pair of white jeans or shorts this summer OR a cute jean skirt OR a fun pair of jeans!
