Happy Tuesday! Anyone else feel like they are running in several different directions this week?!? All of the prep for the holidays has me all over the place, so I am even more appreciative of simple things that make life easier. I wanted to bring you three of my favorite recent kitchen purchases from Amazon that make life a little easier and are SO convenient in my kitchen!
If you follow along with me on social media, you know that I am a mug collector. I LOVE cute mugs, and I scoop up them up any chance I get. My husband doesn't say a word anymore when they show up regularly, but truth be told, my cupboards are bursting with them!
Since I own a LOT of mugs, I started boxing up my holiday mugs and bringing them out seasonally. This year, I decided to do a hot chocolate bar on one of our counters since we are home so much with virtual school, and I wanted a way to be able to have our seasonal mugs handy and at the ready for all of the use they are getting.
I have been on the hunt for the perfect mug tree for a long time now - and I FINALLY found one that I truly love and highly recommend! This particular mug tree is super durable, comes already assembled, fits perfectly on my counter (I don't have a ton of counter space, so this is really important to me!), and it fits large mugs. In fact, it can hold TEN large mugs, and I can't say enough about how much I love this. It was an excellent purchase, and I am excited to switch the mugs up every season going forward!

Top Pick #2: Zulay Premium Apple Corer
I think many of us have the traditional circular apple slicer in our kitchen, but this particular apple tool is a game changer. While it doesn't actually slice apples for you, it is so much easier to use than the circular apple slicers - and you actually get use of the entire edible parts of an apple with this tool!
With the circular apple slicer that many of us own, it still leaves parts of the core behind and rough edges on the apple slices that I have to cut off for my kids. With this awesome and sturdy gadget, it takes the core out smoothly, and then leaves me with a lot of apple that I can easily cut into slices of any size. I like how seamless it is, plus there is so much less waste. AND, my kids like this so much more - if it gets them eating more fruit, that is definitely a win!
If you are someone who bakes with apples, this is a must have for that as well. It is so quick to core apples, and will save you time and effort in the kitchen. As a side tip for those who like to bake, I also know people who use this tool to remove the inside of cupcakes or cakes to infuse other ingredients into their baked goods!

Top Pick #3: SimpleHouseware Kitchen Cabinet Pantry Pan and Pot Lid Organizer Rack
For years, we have just been nesting our pots and pans inside of each other in cabinets. While that has worked fine, it is always kind of a nuisance going through the pans to find what I need, taking the others out, and having to put them all back in once I have the pan I need - and then doing it all again after the pan is clean and needs to be returned to its designated spot in the nesting system.
After being a little worn out of this lately when I feel like I am running in so many directions with my kids home all the time, Amazon popped up an ad for this pan and pot organizer rack, and I decided that I should check it out (our devices clearly read our minds...). This organizer has so many awesome reviews and is super affordable, so I decided to grab it and try it out!
I am happy to report that I adore this! I know that it isn't a super exciting purchase by any means - but it WILL make life a little easier and more organized if you are used to the often frustrating and time consuming stacking system like me. I really can't recommend it enough - I am all about efficiency, and this simple rack will be well loved in your kitchen for many years to come!
